Payments are processed securely by PayPal or Stripe.
International shipping is avababile on all items.
Shipping is calculated at the checkout and the total fee is visible before payment.
All UK orders are sent with sparkles using Royal Mail’s, ‘first class signed for’ service, a small additional fee is charged for packing.
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day, but please allow up 4 working days during busy periods.

Uk: 1 - 2 working days.
Europe: 3 - 5 working days.
Worldwide: 5 - 7 working days.
You may wish to provide a work address, if you do not expect to be home to sign for your parcel when it is delivered.

Size exchanges can be made at the customer’s expense. Please first check the alternative size availability online and
with your request. If the preferred size is unavailable, the customer is welcome to exchange their order for another garment/s of equal value or above. For the latter the customer will receive a second invoice to pay the discrepancy and/or additional postal fees. The new order will be dispatched within four working days of receiving the return.
State of Disarray is dedicated to creating high quality clothing and costumes to make you feel fabulous. Each item is carefully checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you find a fault or are not completely satisfied with your purchase than we will provide a full refund, including all post and packaging fees incurred.
By making a purchase you are agreeing to the returns policy
within 14 days of the delivery date to request any returns for exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund once after this time has lapsed, unless the item is faulty, in which case the policy is extended to 30 days.
Items returned must be in the exact un-worn condition in which they were dispatched by State of Disarray, with the tags attached. Returns must include original order details, a brief reason for the return and where applicable a copy of the customers cost receipt for the return post and packaging fees.
Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
