Creating a custom piece is easy! Here's how it works.

Use the custom options on this page to create a fabulous statement accessory that is just as unique as you are!

Heads up! Before you dive into designing your statement accessory, please kindly note that custom orders; including existing designs where you 'choose your colour' are not returnable unless in the (very rare), event that the item is faulty or does not meet the product description. 

If you have any doubts before ordering, just pop us over a message using the 'Ask a Question' box below the product description and we'll get back to you with all the info you need to ensure that you are beyond happy with your purchase.

By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms of this sale. For all other items, we operate the standard 14-day shipping & returns service.  

1. Select your font: Choose from the list shown in the product images.

2. Add your text:  Choose a name or statement (25 characters max).

3. Choose your base colour:  Select the colour from the palette which includes pastel, primary, translucent, neon, pearlescent and of course, sparkly shades of acrylic.

4. Choose your text colour: The top layer of your design.

5. Choose your Chain: Gold/silver-coloured midi chain with lobster clasp.
   

6. (Optional) Add a Charm:  Just select your favourite charm from the icons illustrated. If you can't find what you want, just leave a note in the 'message box' and/or upload a picture of what you want using the file uploader on this page.  We'll create one just for you but keep it simple superstar.

This listing is for a 2 colour 'Midi Chain' 

• The height and width may vary depending on your text but the average size of the acrylic part is 30cm2. 

• Only 'text & charms' are available on Midi Chains.  If you would like to upgrade and add an artwork/graphic, please visit 2 Colour Mega Custom Chain or 3 Colour Mega Custom Chain

6. Add a Graphic (Optional):  Just leave a note in the 'message box' describing the graphic you want to add, such as a fried egg, rubber duck, shooting star etc. Plus, you may wish to upload a picture of what you want, using the 'file uploader' on this page.  We'll create a unique Disarray design just for you, and you'll receive the design proof within 48hrs. At this point, we can make amendments at your request or you can approve the design. As soon as the design is agreed upon, your custom artwork will be produced, packed and posted out pronto!

7. Recommended: We advise that you please add your phone number at the checkout for swift text alerts/a friendly phone call if required, regarding your custom design (your number is protected and not used for any other purpose).
