1. Ahoy Superstar! These are garment measurements (not body), which are taken from a pair of flat-laid joggers.
2. Please allow 1cm play in our garment measurements, as is common with handmade pieces.
3. When the stretch fabric is used, the chart shows the garment measurement is taken in a flat, relaxed position, plus the measurement it stretches to.

• Waistband: The elasticated waistband at the top of the joggers. The chart shows measurement of the band from a relaxed to stretched position.
• Hips: The widest part around the hips/seat area.  
• Inside leg: From the crotch to the bottom of the ankle cuff
• Leg Length: 30-34'' Regular/long
